E-PARKING IoT Private Parking Sharing Marketplace

E-PARKING is a BASIS National ICT Award-winning dual-app marketplace connecting drivers looking for urban parking with property owners who have unused parking slots. By utilizing QR code scanning and smart IoT barriers, E-PARKING turns private driveways into accessible parking spots.

Executive Overview

Urban parking congestion causes severe economic loss and traffic gridlock. E-PARKING solves this through a shared-economy model. Property owners monetize vacant parking spaces during office hours, while drivers locate, reserve, and pay for guaranteed parking in advance.

• Dual-App Ecosystem: Dedicated interfaces for Drivers (search, reserve, navigate, pay) and Space Owners (list, pricing, availability).
• QR Code Entry & Exit: Automated check-in and check-out via encrypted QR code scanners deployed at parking entrances.
• Hourly Billing Engine: Precise per-minute or per-hour billing with automated digital wallet deductions.
